"I can’t say enough great things about Bret, and it was such an honor to have been able to work with him the past several years through the US Ski & Snowboard team. Not only is Bret knowledgeable about everything strength and conditioning, but he goes the extra mile to always be constantly learning something knew to better his clients. He’s extremely fun to work with and was never afraid to challenge me in new ways that I didn’t think I was capable of doing. I always came back to a season or from a injury stronger physically, but also mentally. He listens to your exact goals and builds programs that are specific to what best fits you.  Bret is hands down the best strength coach I’ve had the opportunity to work with and anyone would be more than lucky to work with him! "Bret Kelly has brought more value to my career than any other strength and conditioning coach I have worked with. I spent countless years dreading my workout program and the gym entirely. I constantly found myself “just getting through it”. Bret’s passion, expertise, and needs based approach to strength training has made me genuinely enjoy my time in the gym, and be stronger than ever before. He does not have one style or technique. Instead, Bret is always seeking feedback and experimenting to find better ways to help you become your best in the gym."

"I got my ACL surgery in mid March of 2020, right before the upheaval of Covid. Reaching out to Bret to establish a rehab routine (given our new world) was the smartest decision I made. He gave me a week-by-week rehab schedule, tailored to the recovery of a competitive Freeskiing athlete, and found ways to compensate for my roadblocks like inadequate PT services and limited gym access. I am six months out of surgery and I feel strong as ever. Thank you, Bret"

"Bret is absolutely incredible. After rupturing my ACL and lateral meniscus (and with a rough start to rehab), I was worried I’d never gain back the strength and stability I need to play all the sports I love. Bret not only helped me build back and surpass my pre-injury strength/stability, but he also took me over the finish line between post-op rehab and fully ready to hit the slopes again! On top of his incredible knowledge of the body (and the post-op protocol for ACL return-to-sport rehab), he could not be more fun to work with—I looked forward to our sessions each time). I completely owe being able to ski, play tennis, run and bike again with no pain to him, and if I ever have surgery again he’ll be my first go-to!"

“Professional baseball is a grind for the players and coaches due to the combination of games and travel. Bret was my strength coach during my first 2 seasons of pro ball and it was a pleasure working with him. Even with 25-30 guys on a team, lifting at the similar times, we all received individualized care and attention. What I learned from Bret, I will carry with me for the rest of my baseball career.”

"I have nothing but great things to say about Bret’s online personal training. I had been working with an amazing PT, whom I trust more than anyone, and she said that if she had to rehab her knee, she would 100% do it with Bret. I’m so glad I followed her advice. I felt very strong and my knee felt about 90% (after 3 knee surgeries, 90% feels pretty good) when my insurance cut me off from PT visits. I thought working with Bret would be a way to maintain my strength before the ski season started. I had no idea that I’d get to ~150% of where I was pre-injury, with almost no knee pain anymore. To top it all off, he was extremely accessible if I ever had questions or concerns, which is just not something you find in every trainer or therapist. Thank you thank you thank you Bret!"
